I have horrible experience with this company I have never had before in my life!!! I call customer service make return request on July 16 for bot pairs of my shoes in same order! I was told I have to put both shoes in same box because it same order number! UPS come to my home and they put label ! I never print this label my self because it was pick up from my house ! Giuseppe zanotti company told me package is lost . I call my credit card company and open dispute for $996 .00. Then later American Express report me I have credit for $548.00 only ! I contact company and I ask why only for one shoes? Where is credit for $248.00. Off hey told me it was 2 different tracking numbers … I have no idea what customer service did w labels !!! I believed Giuseppe Zanotti customer service make mistake !!! I am not responsible for mistakes they makes!! I want my money back !!! It 3 months since I request return and they still don’t give me credit for $248.00 !! I talk to manager Regina , I told her everything and she told me she will contact special department and will call me last week , but unfortunately she never call me!!! I make multiple calls to company , they keep tell me they have computer down multiplayer times !!! I ask Regina why she would send to UPS 2 different tracking numbers if she told me put in same box because it same order number!!! I ask Regina listen conversation when I talk to customer service and was told put both shoes in same box , she told me conversations not recorded!!!!! Thank his company scam !!!! I would never believe company I wearing shoes and I adore my shoes will betrayed me and refused to credit me shoe I send back !!!! And why UPS if had 2 tracking numbers put only one from that w out contact me !! They should never even take order if they see only one box outside !! How they now what label belong to this box !! It horrible , horrible !!! I can’t believe they did that to me !!!! They block me to email them !It was my first ever order on line from this company !!! I even call customer service and talk to gentleman and ask how much time to take get credit if I don’t like the shoes I order , he told me do not worry about that , I will get refund 3-5 business days !!! 3 months later I still don’t get $248.00 credit! I wish I never ever have business w this company!!! Customer service is a joke!!! No one care about customer !! It just nightmare , nightmare !!
